Pinch Me!

Whenever I think of someone pinching someone else, the first pinch that always comes to mind is the Home Alone 2 butt pinch – you know the one: when Kevin is being held hostage on the streets of New York by Harry and Marv and he pinches the woman’s butt in front of them, then she turns and punches them in the face and Kevin gets away? Yeah, that pinch. It’s just so perfectly done! So, when I say pinch me – don’t actually do it. It’s an expression, ok? 

ANYWAY…TODAY IS THE DAY! Anyone on the planet can now pre-order my book – MY BOOK! This is insane! I’ve always dreamed about publishing a book but it never felt like it was going to happen, especially when going through the process. The process is long and arduous and sometimes you want to give up. And sometimes I did give up, but the important thing is that I got back into it and FINISHED IT! That’s what matters. The feeling of accomplishment is intense and exciting! Like seriously, pinch me because I feel like this is a dream! 

Word of advice to anyone reading this: don’t give up, and if you feel like giving up, just get back on track by remembering why you’re doing what you’re doing. You need to passionate about what you’re doing because you won’t always feel motivated. The motivation comes from within and success only happens when you continually work at it, brick-by-brick, word-by-word, day-by-day. This did not happen overnight, even though maybe it can seem that way. Nope! I’ve been working on this for over 3 years – 3 YEARS!! That’s a long freaking time! 

Now that it’s done and ready to go, I can now continue with some of the other books I’m writing as well. I can’t wait to share them all with you!
